AA-20DD实时自相关仪用于平滑快速测量飞秒和皮秒脉宽。自相关仪不同型号对应不同波长，AA-20DDM使用3个可互换光电探测器和光学元件可以覆盖这几个波长范围。根据需要可以覆盖两个独立的范围。输入脉宽范围从10 fs至30 ps，易于监视不同的激光器系统，尤其是飞秒和皮秒振荡器（监视放大器，见ASF-20单次自相关仪）。

仪器使用USB接口，可以连接Windows操作系统的计算机。提供Labview驱动及多种软件工具。采集的脉宽数据可视化，可存储或导出txt或dat文件。可以计算并实时显示自相关函数和*终FWHM飞秒脉宽。而且，可以高斯或双曲线拟合，也可查看强度函数。统计分析功能可以对几个单独的脉冲测量结果进行对比。

AA-20DD（132×123×118 mm）体积小，可以用在任何对空间要求严格的实验装置中。

可选择光纤输入，不同光纤进行快速可靠脉宽测量。而且，这种情况下自相关仪依然可以进行自由空间测量。
