| 本反应釜主要有釜体，上下封头，传热夹套，搅拌系统，乳化剪切系统，传动电机，电控柜，变频调速系统等组成。 The reactor mainly consists of a kettle body, an upper sealing head and a lower sealing head, a heat transfer jacket, a stirring system, an emulsion cutting system, a transmission motor, an electric control cabinet and a variable frequency speed regulating system. 物料在反应釜，即可以得到均匀搅拌，又可以乳化剪切器剪切，使物料得到迅速细化，加速反应速度，使生成的产品更均匀。主要规格有：0.5 m3~10 m3。 The materials in the reactor can be evenly stirred and also cut by the emulsion cutter, so that the materials are quickly refined, the reaction is accelerated and the product is more even.
