Our standard homogenizer substrates are used individually or as pairs for uniform laser illumination. LIMO manufactures the optic wafers from high-quality glass， synthetic quartz glass or calcium fluoride.
Due to monolithic design and smooth transitions between adjacent lenses the transmission and efficiency of our homogenizers is the best in the industry (> 98%). We fully support high power 193 nm applications.
