XR-100CR 是一种新的高性能x 射线探测器，包括前置放大器和致冷系统，通过热电法冷却的Si-PIN 光
电二极管作为X 射线探测器。在二级致冷系统上还装有输入场效应管和一个新型的反馈电路。这些组
件在大约-55°C 的环境下工作，其温度由一个内置的温度传感器控制。探测器的密封TO-8 包装有一个
铍薄膜窗口，用于软x 射线探测
