控制系统说明
Control system description:
本控制系统包括：温度控制系统，风机控制系统，变频调速系统及网带清扫系统。
Control system include: temp control system, fans control system, frequency [speed] control system, and belt clean system.
4.1.1设备所用的减速机均为江苏减速机厂的产品，配套电机为安徽皖南电机有限公司的产品，轴承为哈尔滨轴承厂的产品。

4.1.2网带及链条的速度为变频调节约（0.58—0.29）m／min，停留时间35min—70min可调。
Driving speed of Belt and chain is frequency control（0.58—0.29）m／min, seaweeds gel residence time 35min—70min adjustable.
4.1.3设备箱体保温层厚80mm，材料为硅酸铝或岩棉。
Thickness of heat insulation is 80mm, material is alumina silicate or rock-wool.
4.1.4碳钢件的防锈采用氯化橡胶漆。
Antirust paint for C.S parts is chlorinated rubber paint.
4.1.5所有接触物料的紧固件为不锈钢。
All fasteners contact with raw material is made of Stainless steel.
4.1.6循环风向及各单元内风的循环为向下式，即加热后的空气由引风机吸入，在风机出风口首先预分布再经过孔板均风后，热风从物料的下面向上（或从物料的上面向下）穿透物料层。
Circulation of air is adown type, that is to say after heating, hot air sucked by draught fans, and after air balance, Hot air penetrate raw material upward or downward.
干燥机材质
Material of Drying machine:
内壁SUS304，外壁SUS304不锈钢板；
Inside wall SUS304, outside wall SUS304
链轮、链条碳钢，链条节距203.2；
Chain wheel and chain link C.S, Chain link pitch 203.2;
网带材料为不锈钢：开孔率13%,长腰孔1.14X6mm；
Material of belt apron is stainless steel, open area 13%, ell type 1.14X6mm；
风机不锈钢，风机顶部隔热层采用硅酸铝材料保温；
Fans stainless steel, the heat preservation material on the top of fans alumina silicate;
风机顶部的风管及排风管均为SUS304不锈钢材料；
Air pipes and air exhaust pipes on the top of fans SUS304.
挡料板材质SUS304，高度120；
Striker plate SUS304, Height 120.
