传统的标准光源主要以白炽灯等连续光谱光源做标准源。随着LED 等窄带光源的使用越来越广,传统的方法已经不能满足LED 行业的计量、测试需求。主要表现为,由于标准源与被测物光谱不匹配造成的计量、测试误差严重,给品质管理和计量工作带来很大的不便。
LED 标准光源的出现很好的解决了这个问题。可用于LED、LED背光模组、显示、仪表等行业亮度计、色度计、CCD的校正计量。
With the help of stable LED-luminance standards it is possible to check the stability of your measurement equipment.
The stability of the luminance is realized through a temperature control with a Peltier-element and a intensity control with a spectral matched photo element. Only selected LED's in 5 mm housings are applied.

On customers demand also further colours can be realized. Therefore the customer has to choose in partnership with TechnoTeam the LED type of a conforming (or relating) 5 mm LED. Thus the LED type must be according necessary stability properties and furthermore must be chosen from a larger charge (appr. 100 LED's) of LED's with similar attributes (luminous intensity, colour, light spread charcteristics).
