仪器简介：
专业小型X光管适用于探测器结合使用光源激励，它通过提供接地的阳极、 当前变量和电压通过 USB 和操作方便控制的简化 XRF 过程。
其特点是 40 kV/100 µ A 电源、 银 (银)、 钨 (W) 或金 (金) 传输目标和铍窗口。
进一步简化的小型 X光管，提供供应系统电源9 VDC及USB接口即可方便使用。
