耐乙二醇改性聚氨酯——化纤消光剂砂磨机专用料

同时,含有聚氨酯颗粒的杂质浆料进入后续离心机,会加剧离心机滤网堵
塞,磨损转子并破坏动平衡。这将导致设备振动加大、负荷升高、故障频发,维
护成本大幅上升,致使整条生产线的稳定运行无法得到保障。

Ethylene Glycol Resistant Modified Polyurethane – Special Application Copy for Chemical Fiber Matting Agent Grinders
In the grinding of titanium dioxide for chemical fiber matting agents, ethylene glycol is used as the dispersion medium throughout the process. The working conditions are extremely harsh, combining corrosive immersion and high-hardness powder high-speed scouring.
Ordinary and inferior polyurethane materials are prone to water absorption and expansion, softening and deformation, surface pulverization and bulk cracking in ethylene glycol environments. More seriously, continuous powder shedding, residue chipping and fragment peeling will occur. A large number of fine polyurethane particles will mix into the matting agent slurry, causing impurity contamination of the slurry with visible peeled polyurethane particles to the naked eye.
Polyurethane particle impurities in the slurry will directly block the screen mesh, resulting in poor filtration, frequent material blockage in pipelines and screens, and forced production shutdown for cleaning. When carried into the spinning process, they easily cause spinning breakage, floating filaments and increased waste filaments, seriously reducing the finished product yield.
Meanwhile, impurity-containing slurry with polyurethane particles entering the subsequent centrifuge will aggravate clogging of the centrifuge filter screen, wear the rotor and damage dynamic balance. This leads to increased equipment vibration, higher load, frequent failures and substantially elevated maintenance costs, making stable operation of the entire production line unguaranteed.
